If a Viridian customer has any problems with service, simply contact the utility. The utility remains responsible for the delivery of your energy, as well as for any necessary maintenance and repairs to any lines or meters. In all states but Texas, the utility still provides billing, so call them with any questions about the delivery portion of your bill, including meter reading, service and maintenance fees. If you are a solar customer, once you receive installation you can direct any questions to your solar provider.
In Texas, Viridian is responsible for billing, and the bill includes the distribution and transmission charges. The customer pays Viridian directly.
